Paul Winkler
Director of Journey to Excellence
Paul is the director of the Magis Center's Journey to Excellence leadership development program. He is also the founder and president of Attollo, a Catholic business leadership organization that helps Catholic business leaders grow in their faith while building healthy organizations. He is a syndicated columnist, writing about the integration of faith and work for the Denver Catholic.
Jim Gernetzke
Cohort Facilitator
Jim Gernetzke is a 30-year veteran of executive recruiting, having served at companies like Kohl's and Express. He grew his own search business to 20+ associates and transitioned into executive coaching at the start of the Great Recession. He founded Nos Lumine, a Catholic Business Leadership Network helping individuals live integrated lives reflecting their faith in their work. He is married with four sons and nine grandchildren.
Tim Ryan
Cohort Facilitator
Tim is currently the principle of TFR Consulting, LLC. He was the Director of Client Services for the Spitzer Center from 2017 through 2023. Prior to the Spitzer Center he was an information technology professional for over thirty-five years functioning in a variety of roles from consultative to executive. Throughout his career he recognized the importance of relationships and a sense of purpose in the effective performance of organizations. He soon recognized how these principles coalesced with theological values that extol the need for common vision, values, and meaning. This led him to an academic pursuit resulting in a Master of Pastoral Studies degree from Loyola University New Orleans, with an emphasis on spirituality in the workplace and marketplace ministry. He and his wife Dawn have been married for almost 40 years, have three adult children and four grand-children.
